Zoho CRM Plus has a 30-day trial period with 10 users. It includes Sales Automation, Exclusive Email Client for Sales People, Visitor Tracking, Helpdesk, Projects Collaboration, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Customer Survey, Activity Management, Metrics & KPI, and Team Communication.
Let's say you purchased five user licenses for CRM Plus. You will then activate applications within CRM Plus based on the users' needs. In the above table, CRM is only activated for User1, User2 and User5. If you wish to activate CRM for User3 or User4, you can edit their access without requiring any additional licenses. However, if you do not want to give those users access, but instead want to give another new user access, you will  have to purchase an additional user license.  Each unique login, regardless of the number of applications used in CRM Plus, is considered a user license. This means that a user with access to only one application is counted the same as a user with access to all of Zoho CRM Plus' applications. Each user requires a separate license.
Yes, Administrators can restrict application access for users. When application access is provided for a user, they will have access only to specific applications in Zoho CRM Plus.
To change the owner in Zoho CRM Plus:
  1. Log on to https://crmplus.zoho.com/ and sign-in using your email address and password.
  2. Click your image located on the top-right corner of the home page and click the Settings link from the drop-down menu.
  3. The Admin Panel page is displayed with the Organization details.
  4. Hover the cursor over the Owner field and click Change Owner. A pop-up will appear.
  5. Click inside the text box and enter the Owner's name. A drop-down list will appear, displaying any matching user names.
  6. Select the new owner's name. Their profile and the name is displayed in the text box.
  7. Click Change. The Owner name will be updated.
 Note: Only an existing owner will have the option to change the owner in Zoho CRM Plus.
You can map only one portal in Zoho CRM Plus. Since you have access to two portals in Zoho Desk, a pop-up window will be displayed with the application name and a drop-down list to select a portal when you sign up.                 You can select a portal name from the drop-down list and click Done to map the portal to your Zoho CRM Plus account.
