Zoho Books allows you to create multiple organizations under a single account. To create a new organization click on your organization name present on the top-right corner and select the Manage option. Yes, you can do that. You can view the contacts imported from Zoho CRM into Zoho Books by opening the contacts tab and selecting CRM Contacts from the drop down arrow above the contacts list. Doing so filters only the CRM contacts and displays them in the list.
The client portal is an organized way to view the invoices, estimates and retainer invoices sent to your customer. If you’ve enabled the client portal for your business in Zoho Books and configured it for your customers, they can view their transactions with you by logging into the portal. This includes viewing and accepting/declining their documents, adding comments to the document and making online payments.
